By using the app Marble Mojo 3D, developed by Joseph Wiemer of Twisted Toad Games ("we" or "us" or "our"), you (the "user" or "users") agree to this policy in full, without reservation or exception. This policy went into effect on 03/02/2023.
Marble Mojo 3D uses an advertisement provider, AdColony, to serve advertisements. By default, these advertisements are tailored to the user's personal preferences to 1) maximize our revenue, and 2) provide advertisements that are interesting to the user. As is standard operating procedure for mobile advertising, this is accomplished by tracking certain personal information, such as device identification numbers.
However, the user can opt out of this tracking by choosing the appropriate option in the system-provided prompt that appears when they open Marble Mojo 3D for the first time. If the user opts out of tracking, Marble Mojo 3D will still show non-personalized advertisements unless the user purchases their removal. These non-personalized advertisements do not require, and will not utilize, tracking.
If the user pays to remove advertisements from Marble Mojo 3D, they can play without advertisements on any device. If the user has previously paid to remove advertisements, they can remove them from new or alternate devices by tapping the "RESTORE PURCHASES" button located on the opening screen, provided that they are signed in to the device with their Apple ID.
Marble Mojo 3D uses the Apple, Inc. technology "iCloud" to save game state data such as current-level and number-of-lives-remaining. We believe this offers users an easier, more trustworthy way to restore a game than a traditional back-end solution. The user can restore their game across devices by signing in to those devices with their Apple ID.
The user can also choose to delete their Marble Mojo 3D iCloud data by tapping the "DELETE DATA" button located on the in-game "SETTINGS" page. However, this data deletion will reset the number of coins accumulated to zero -- thus the user will lose any and all coins they purchased with real money. A warning to this effect will be shown to the user prior to deleting their data, and confirmation will be required.
The user shall not use Marble Mojo 3D for any illegal purpose.
